While working to rewire my GPS and Radar I noticed a small post or strut that is about 2 1/2 inches below the plastic cowl.(the foam piece sits on this) It looks like it is there to support the back of the plastic that overlays the instrument panel. I mounted a piece of split radiator hose on this strut, and below the plastic cowl, to support the cowl, tie wrapped it in place. Tons better, cool. Bob J Link to comment
