Pletch
in referrence to this thread: http://bmwsporttouring.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Main=14021&Number=134041#Post134041 Can anyone tell me if it is possible, practicle or easy to connect wiring to the four pins (3, 6, 12, and 14) on an 06 1200RT in order to access the "rear speakers" and use the fade function as an adjustment tool for helmet speakers inconjunction with Starcom 1 Digital? Basically run wiring from there, crimp in with the Starcom kit and whamoo, additional speaker capability? Thanks, Pletch Link to comment
Wingco
Yes no real problem I have done this and connected the output to the music connection on my starcomm. All works fine. Link to comment
Tapatio
+1, I added a bluethooth transmitter using the rear speaker leads. This enables me to use the fader to control output to either speakers or streaming to my helmet. Go for it! Link to comment
