cat0020 Posted October 12, 2005 Share Posted October 12, 2005 Has anyone ever tried fitting different size rear tire onto a K75 rear wheel with drum brake other than the OEM 110/90-18? I would like to experiment with 130 width rear tire, looks to me that there is enough clearance with the swingarm. Link to comment
cat0020 Posted October 12, 2005 Author Share Posted October 12, 2005 Well, I've successfully fitted a 130/80-18 tire onto the rear wheel of a drum-brake K75, and the wheel is mounted back onto the bike without trouble... now I just need to wait for the rain to stop and scrub in that new tire.. Oh, there is still about 12mm of gap between the rear tire and the swingarm. Link to comment
