I hope they get this guy for leaving the scene and that the rider heals as well as can be expected.

 

In the meantime, I think the plaza should reconsider their exit. By placing the sign and hedge in a manner that appears, at least on the video, to create a blind spot in the plaza's exit lane of traffic approaching from the left.
