Uni-Go Single Wheel Trailers

At the Open House last weekend. I ran into the most coolest thing I ever saw. A R1150RT transformed into an Air Force Pilot's fighter bike the "F-1150RT". And to top that off he was sporting a Uni-Go trailer which he makes (or owns the company in Cincinnati that does). Here are some links to the pictures of his and his wifes bikes.

Very awsome indeed. Here is a link to the manu's website: http://www.uni-go.com/

They said that they are great and you barely know they are even behind you except maybe on some bumps. Also backing up takes a little practice, but what doesn't. They are very roomy and can hold quite a bit of big stuff. So with that, and side and top cases, one would be totaly set!

Of course, I had to ask them if they have one in the works for the R1200ST. And they do!!! Coming out next year. They stopped production for 04 before the ST came out, but its coming!! grin.gifgrin.gifgrin.gif

I had a touring model, purchased new about three years ago. Man, inflation has hit these something fierce. Back then the price was more like $1700, now over $2300. Ridiculous!

They are very nice and handle like no one's business, up to a buck and a quarter, maybe higher.

i have one with the classic ? taillight (harley taillight)

purchased it a year ago, went with the no frills pkg. no interior light or paint protection.

put a battery touch on light for $2.75 and did the front half with a can of dupli-color spray on bed liner. saved a few dollars and it's the only way to go for tow behind trailers.

UNLESS you and the passenger pack way too much stuff or you're on the road for a month or 2. then something bigger may be needed.
