CMWingfield Posted October 3, 2005 Share Posted October 3, 2005 At the Shiloh Rally this past weekend I found out another weird electrical manifestation on the R1200GS: Pull up to your destination. Turn engine off with key and accidentally, (or on purpose) engage the left blinker switch. Taillight and little parking light up front magically come on, and stay on til the battery dies. Ken H. Posted October 4, 2005 Share Posted October 4, 2005 In later versions of the software you have to hold down the left button. Too many people accidentally bumping the button, not noticing it, and killing the battery I guess. Link to comment
