I’ve really enjoyed my EARInc. Custom monitors, but I’ve had all kinds of problems w/ the speakers going out. Their customer service is excellent and they’ve not charged me for the replacements, but they’ve gone out consistently on long trips and have been very frustrating. These OTS are new, and the speakers are remote from the earplugs, the sound is carried through tubes. Hopefully, that’ll make a lot of difference in the performance. I’m going to order a pair and see how they work. I'll let you know.
