Paint protection

There is a product called Invisiguard, a thin urethane film that goes over the paint on certain sections of the bike. I was wondering if anybody has used it or knows about how it holds up. It looks good for the prevention of rock chips.

I have a 2004 R1150RT. The previous owner has placed the clear film around the key switch, on the tank and down on the bodywork behind the front fender. So far, so good. The film is clear and the edges are not coming up from the bodywork. But I have only had the bike a few months and I do know how it will look in a few years.
