belezar
I'm trying to find good touring gear for my SO who is 5'2" and about 105 lbs if she's had a big meal. Can anyone recommend jackets/pants that come in very small sizes? Link to comment

Can anyone recommend jackets/pants that come in very small sizes? Not specifically ... but try the boys' sizes, they sometimes are a better fit than the ladies' smalls. Link to comment
JohnJC
My wife's the same size. Aerostich no longer makes a 34 short, so we tried a 34 regular. No-go. Way to long in the torso, which they will not alter. Went with Firstgear HT Air Womans pants, in a size 6. And a Small womans Joe Rocket Alter-ego jacket. Both are multi-weather. Waterproof via removable liners. As cool as mesh gear, but windproof when buttoned up. The other Joe Rocket woman’s jackets fit well too, and had a bit more style. The Alter-ego had the most functionality. Link to comment
JohnBoy
My wife is 4'11" and about 100 lbs (soaking wet). Technic makes some good gear that is sized down to a 4, which worked out well for her. She normally wears a 2. Link to comment
Haynes
As a last resort, you might have to find someone who will make some gear for your SO. There are tailors here in Australia that will work in leather and do this for a very resonable price. I expect that you'll find the same there. Link to comment
BUSTED
I just happen to know where an Aerostich Roadcrafter 34S with backpad and hem flair for sale. Gray with black ballistics like new! send pm if interested. Link to comment
Blue Beemer Dude
We've found First Gear, Joe Rocket and even some BMW stuff that fit well. My GF is not quite as short as your wife, but still difficult to fit. Being a bit small (for a man) I have similiar problems, as it is difficult to find clothing in men's small sizes in this country (land of the super size fries). I guess I'm just an F650 in a world of Goldwings. michael Link to comment
griffter
My wife is a similar size (actually not quite as tall - ~5'0"). Her winter outfit is a Rev-It Jacket and Dainese pants (both textile and waterproof). In the summer she wears a Savanna suit. Both fit well. Link to comment

Can anyone recommend jackets/pants that come in very small sizes? the posters right about made to measure. Contact some of the racing gear manufacturers who cut racing to a specfic person's size. She will wear that for years. My bride wears her made to measure Langlitz for 30+ yrs, now and again... Her big complaint is the leather is too thick. I remind her it was made for fall. BUSTED
In answer to some queries, I want to say the 34S Aerostich Roadcrafter is just the coat, not a suit and no pants. Link to comment
Miriam
Ken, I'm 5.5 (which does make a difference) and have similar problems. This is what I've done: Leather pants I had made to size, boots are not a problem to find. Jackets I buy Italian, they have the 'normal' small sizes (tiny women they have there, like in Paris). Do they sell any Alpinestars in the US? Or Dainese? Link to comment
graemer57
My wife is 5'2 too she has new BMW streetguard 2 jacket and trousers, available as separates and in range of sizes. Excellent quality, great waterproofing too. See the BMW clothing catalogue for the sizes Link to comment

Get one of their apparel catalogs and don't be shy about calling BMWNA and asking for an apparel specialist. They can point you in the right direction. Link to comment
