espresso
Okay, I've searched the archieves and read many posts regarding pads for the 1150RT and I'm STILL confused! Guess it's the Airhead in me! I gather I want the EBC pads, but what is the part numbers? Front and Back. I DO NOT want to have to go to the Mothership for OEM pads. I've got the '02 1150RT, integral ABS brakes (bike runs fine, thank you...) Do I get the pads from Chicago BMW? Cyclebrakes.com? Others? Thanks to everyone for their input. Link to comment
Rob L
Front is FA335HH, rear is FA363 for organic (recomended) or FA363HH for the sintered metallic. Link to comment

RFW
One thing to beware of. The EBC "HH" pads tend to squeal. I replaced the standard "organic" EBC Pads on the front of my '86 K100RT (which lasted well and made no noise) with EBC FA18HH pads. What a racket! On the rear, the same pads are OK, although the HH pads do not seem to last longer than the standard Organic ones, and are somewhat harder on the disk. Bob. Link to comment
