Forget about hyperlites and other LED brake lights

Buy a wheelen TIR6 or TIR3 LED light. Brighter than anything that the BMW specific vendors sell like hyperlights and they have 37 built in flash patterns including constant on. ~ $75.00 for the light TRI6 Shown and $8.00 for the surface mount.

Warrantied for 5 years too.

Plug and play. I didn't do the Photon Blasters (from the makers of the P3 lights) on Tina's bike, but I did them on another K1300GT, and several others, and they were very easy!

I did install the Vision X Solstice LED lights on custom Mounts on the forks on Tina's bike. They were nearly plug and play because I had a fuse box I also installed. Otherwise you need a wiring kit with a relay and switch. You can pick one up at PepBoys for $20. Easy install.

Jim
