Might want to check with Beemer Boneyard and see what they have on hand. I would shop for a pressure plate and flywheel as well. Rarely does a clutch disk wear out without at least some damage to those components. Link to comment
NonComp Posted September 11, 2009 Share Posted September 11, 2009 I am told that the plates wear unevenly from inside to out, so a new clutch disk will be pressed unevenly between the plates, causing potential slippage and uneven wear. I think I recall that there is a company that will machine the plates to bring them back to spec. Link to comment
