Well, it's getting closer and I have already had some enquiries, so here we go... :grin::thumbsup:

 

Blue Ridge Rendezvous Saturday night dinner planning and payment

 

Once again I am more than proud to present the Saturday night dinner for the Blue Ridge Rendezvous!

 

Event: Blue Ridge Rendezvous BMWST.com Group Dinner

Place: Cumberland inn Dining area (private area partitioned off for BMWST.com)

When: Saturday October 3rd at 6:30 PM

Cost: $22.00

 

The menu is as follows and will include....

 

House Salad or Cole Slaw

Either BBQ Chicken or Roast Beef w/gravy (a buffet; choose when you get there)

Not just a choice of starch, but either Wild Rice or Oven Roasted Red Skinned Potatoes

Steamed Vegetables

Bread Service

Chocolate Layer Cake or Apple cobbler

Soft Drinks, Hot Tea, Non-sweetened Iced Tea (with sugar available) or Coffee

 

Payment must be made in advance and can be made via Pay Pal to stangme007@yahoo.com or if you don't have a paypal account, send me a PM and we can work something out. The last day for payment will be Saturday September 26th. No payments will be accepted after that date and the total head count will stand.

I knew I would miss something! It's a Buffet! You choose while in line. :)

 

Can I get a little help from a Mod to edit my post to indicate its a buffet? (No, no relation to Jimmy)

I'll get mine in directly, we're still trying to see if we're 2 or 3 for dinner.

 

Either way, the food will be good. I know it's hard to believe, but I think the food will actually be better than the MVI. We shall see.... :)

"Check is in the mail" as of Monday, Sept. 7, so it should reach you by the end of the week.

 

I hereby offer to share my $1 worth of Friday burbon with the next 10 (or more) respondents. Hell I don't even like burbon so you can all split it. :grin:

Just a reminder, please get your dinner payment in by Friday night this week. I know I originally said Saturday morning, but the hotel called me yesterday and wanted a final number. I managed to tell her I would give her a tentative number on thursday and then firm it up on Saturday with fully payment at that time. So, I have to really know by Saturday morning what the real number is.

 

We currently have 39 registered and 32 payed for dinner. If your slacking, please get those payments in.

BRR Dinner payments are officially closed. I did receive a few payments yesterday even thought I asked that no more payments come in after Friday. Please, don't send anymore payments.
