O2 sensor replacement ?

I just took out the yellow relay under my seat and my bike runs like a top, just purrs. I can hardly wait to ride it tomorrow .Why should I replace it(the relay) and the O2 sensor just to make it run the way it is running now ? what is the harm in running it with out The relay and 02 sensor ? :^) thanks Peter.

Non-compliance with polution control laws. Mine never had an O2 sensor from new (Canadian model). They can be tuned quite nicely without it.
