Well, this post is getting no replys blush.gif......I guess my info wasn't correct about switching wheels to get to ride on radial tires on a K 75......I don't have a real complaint about the standard bias ply tires (Dunlops), it's just a comfort level I'm seeking with tires and think I'd feel more comfortable on radials........

An earlier post recommended Michelin 50 and 50E's for the bike....Appreciate comments on these from anyone riding on them thumbsup.gif............

On my '85 K100, I run a Michelin Macadam 50 rear and a Metzeler ME880 front. i like the combo.

At one time I had a Macadam 50 (no E) front. It sucked, lasted only 4,000 mi. Handled great, but the tire feathered out too fast.

If I'm not mistaken, the early K bikes had the same size wheels. It's just the K100s had more clearance for the wider tires.

Greg Gibson, an MOA member does a lot of mod stuff. He could probly tell you.
