update z6 tires

i had 7800 miles on my z6s when i went to the dealership for a new set. i had some cupping on my front tire. the service manager looked at my tires and said that although there is some cupping i would be fine for another 3000 miles!!!! but i chose to put on a new set and the manager told me that instead of running them at 32 front and 36 rear run them at 36 front and 40 rear. so he said i should have gotton 11,000 miles from these z6s!!! thanks in advance for any feed back

my dealer recco'd 40/42 tire pressure. only have 1700 mi on them so far but i do like them.
