drodg Posted September 8, 2005 Share Posted September 8, 2005 I have a R12RT and I am wondering how you know if the Throttle bodies are out of synch? I am do for my first service and it seems to run fine but is this something the dealer automatically checks on the first service? Link to comment
CMWingfield Posted September 9, 2005 Share Posted September 9, 2005 Yes, it is a service item at each scheduled service. The primary way to know your out of balance is the bike will start to get buzzy. You'll feel it first in your hands and feet. As the cables stretch and if it goes unchecked you'll feel it all over. It's amazing how smooth the motor feels once they are balanced correctly. Mike Link to comment
