I've a 1200 Gt....recently injured my left ankle and having difficulty managing the shift lever. Anybody know of a platform heel and toe shifting device that I can fit to it?

Thanks in advance...

I think that would be a difficult thing to design for this bike. There is no easily accessible "shift axle", like the old Hondas had, to which you could attach a heel/tow shifter plate.

My suggestion is to strap a metal or hard plastic plate that protrudes from your instep to allow you to pull up on the shifter.

Not sure if this will help or not, but I recall reading about an air shifter kit that would allow you to use push putton on the handle bars to shift with. I am not sure of the cost, but I recall seeing one at the drag strip a couple of years ago. I am sure it is more expensive than you might want, but if it is that or not ride - maybe it is not so high.

Good luck,

Casey
