Which full leathers w/armor?

I changed my mind. I was going to get a squidly set of full leathers. I liked Helimot, Erbo, Alpinestars, and Zooni. I was going to get this. Now I realize that within a couple years I'll trade my sport bike for a hexhead, maybe a 12ST. So now I'm looking for leathers that work well on a sport bike (for track school, track days) and that kind of bike for touring.

 

So, what fully armored leathers or other combination of gear would work well for both purposes?
