Converting Street Atlas to Garmin?

Does anyone know if there is an easy way to convert Microsoft Street & Trips Maps to Garmin format?

 

I have printed all the UNrally routes in Streets & Trips because of the better format. Now I'd like to just convert them for the GPS without have to manually migrate using Mapsource.

 

Any thoughts?

There is no direct way. The one app I am aware of that I think can do it (but I have not tried) is poiconverter.

If there is a way I've never heard of it. That said, probably the best place to ask that question is over at ADVRider, in the Layin Down Tracks forum.

Just managed to do it using http://www.gpsbabel.org/ in case you have issues with poiconverter
