She put up quite a battle, her documentary about her battle with cancer a few weeks ago was a tough watch (I couldn’t make it all the way through it actually) and what a courageous thing to do. While she began her carrier with a lot of ‘fluff’, her later serious roles where widely acclaimed and she more than silenced the ‘just another pretty face’ critics I believe. RIP. Link to comment

I saw an interview with him on the subject of her illness and he didn't sound like a guy whose wife was dying so much as a guy acting like his wife was dying, as if in some kind of a role.
