Brian R-M
Received a notice of warranty recall on the R 1200 RT. Helpfully it's for "Nachruestung Abdeckung Seilscheibe" and they'll need the bike for about 2 hours. Translation sites don't help as the literal translation is gibberish. Doesn't sound like a safety issue as they just said bring it in on 9 September. Brian Link to comment
Fenlanderstrasse
Why that's terrible - "Retrofitting cover rope disk" All our lives are at risk if this is not done immediately. Link to comment
CraCol
It's probably the "Covers" that get mounted over the throttle pull, where the cable meets the throttle body.. it's a guard to keep a stone from jaming the throttle open.. Craig Link to comment
