Jim Miller Posted January 23, 2009 Share Posted January 23, 2009 I'm ready to buy a cycle lift and wanted to ask if anyone had experience with the Kendon Cruiser lift (1000 lb. capacity, longer wheelbase model) especially with an R1200RT. My concern is supporting the bike while cinching tie-downs and keeping it a one man operation. The Handy SAM is my first choice, but the Kendon stores out of the way when not in use. Any comments would be appreciated. Link to comment
rahbert Posted September 18, 2012 Share Posted September 18, 2012 I have one and love it. Since I live alone I need to be able to operate and move it by myself. At 400+ lbs a full sized table is not easily portable without a crew to help move the thing. My RT is on mine now for a major teardown (rewiring and new alternator). Link to comment
