roadshadowww Posted August 10, 2005 Share Posted August 10, 2005 Last night after dinner I installed a Laser HotCam Slip-on on my K1200R. Removal of the stock Bazooka can was a two bolt affair and it was off. The Laser item came nicely packaged and was simple to mount. They include another outlet insert if you wish to have a bit more "attitude". It does nothing to change HP. The weight saving is major and huge improvement in looks. Only problem is that ugly yellow logo riveted to the side of the can. Ruins the look IMHO. Photos available. Link to comment

roadshadowww Posted August 12, 2005 Author Share Posted August 12, 2005 Actually Ron this bike has so much more power than I'll ever be able to use the fact that with the Slip-on it gains 4-6 HP, or now 163hp+5 = 168 I can't tell much except it takes about 8-9 lbs off the bike and the sound is just so sweet.
