2008 unrally route _ any travel the nfd rd.39?

did anyone take the back road from Enterprise/Joseph to Cambridge before or after the 2008 unrally?

 

i am looking for a road report, as i want to retrace part of my trip to the 2008 unrally and then travel from enterprise head over to the tetons using back routes

I took 39 a few months ago (through Hells Canyon NRA) and I think you will enjoy it....I havn't done 71 but it looks to be even larger....39 is paved all the way and the view spots are worth stopping at....I could share a few photos if you are interested.
