tazplas Posted November 6, 2008 Share Posted November 6, 2008 Well, here i am. 1 year into owning a BMW. This was a dream i had since i was about 14 and growing up in NZ. Leap forward 29 years and a different country. A few mates and i have a trip planned for April 2009 and i can't wait. Since we are all Hobart based that's where we start. Stage 1 for those with only 1 weeks holiday Hobart – Devonport (overnight ferry across Bass Strait)– Melbourne – Port Campbell – Robe – Adelaide – Horsham – Melbourne –(overnight ferry across Bass Strait)- Devonport - Hobart Stage 2 for those on the extra week Melbourne – Albury – Canberra – Bega – Lakes Entrance – Melbourne –(overnight ferry across Bass Strait)- Devonport - Hobart All up, approx 3800km for those on the 2 week adventure. I will post the full itinerary once i it figured out how to do so. So i suppose if there's anyone out there that wants to meet up on our way round or is keen to ride with us on the way let me know.
