MGN54
Want to try the Autolites in my 1100RT. Straight 3923 with copper core or the AP3923 w/platinum. Gap? For $3 the pair, I just want to safisfy my curiousity. Mark Link to comment
Stan Walker
I run the straight 3923's. In Colorado I used to get them for 1.10 ea. The price here in California is a bit higher, about 1.30 each. I usually pull the plugs on each service as it makes it easier to rotate the engine. It also gives me a look-see into how the bike is running. At those prices I just install a new set everytime. While I won't advise it I do run them in both the 1100 and the 1150. They are about a one heat range too hot for the 1150 but I've never had a problem. I've also ran the 3922's in the 1150 from time to time. I run with a .032 in gap. Stan Link to comment
MGN54
Thanks Stan! Seems to be a large following of these plugs on the site. Mark Link to comment
