Didn't you tell our friends of the 11,000 folks eating a corn dog at the same time for a Guiness Book World Record (albeit only 8400 had the actual corndog for the sampling) Pretty cool - cannot wait to get out there and smell the smells and eat some fair food - with a stop to the BudTent of course.! azkaisr Posted August 11, 2008 Share Posted August 11, 2008 Back in the mid 1990's when I lived overseas, we decided to find someplace totally American to go for a holiday. That place was the Iowa State Fair. Between the big pigs, the butter sculptures, and the corn dogs, it was a great way to get a fix of America for someone who was not living there.
