Just curious if it destroys the module inside the tire when all goes flat a speed. Inputs appreciated. Link to comment
smiller Posted July 10, 2005 Share Posted July 10, 2005 From the looks of the pictures the module appears to be pretty low profile and sits in the center of the rim, and it doesn't look like it projects higher than the edge of the rim so I don't see how it could be damaged by a flat tire (unless there was some freak occurrence such as a severe blowout and a chunk of tire whapping the sensor, but I don't think I'd spend much time worrying about something like that.)
