Haynes Posted June 28, 2008 Share Posted June 28, 2008 While riding interstate, I left my Garmin etrex on a picnic table in a country town about 1000km from home. It was found by a 12 year old girl who gave it to her father who knew how to find my name in there. He passed it on to police and they in turn mailed it to my local police who delivered it to my door at home. Has anyone experienced events like this? Link to comment

Glad you got your's back. It is unusual to get anything back today; but it does happen- people have found plenty of money and returned it. Link to comment
