tgregg
Am I the only one planning to camp at the fairgrounds? It sounds like everybody is in motels! Link to comment
dhanson
They are over here Gregg. I am a camper, but packing 2up and no room on the GT for that stuff, plus my wife likes motels, heh heh! Link to comment
tgregg
Thank you, I guess as I read through the witty retorts that I won't be alone. I motel it up and back because I need a quick shower and bed when on the road all day, but once I arrive the camping can be way better to get to know folks than sitting in a motel room by myself. (Not to mention much cheaper) I've done it both ways and this time of year in that part of the country tenting is my preferred choice. gregg Link to comment
Dances_With_Wiener_Dogs
The entire town is easy walking distance, just a few blocks between the hotels and the fairgrounds. I imagine that quite a few people will be hanging at the fairgrounds and just sleeping at the motels. Link to comment
