Paul Mihalka
Today was prep the bike day. Oil/filter, front and rear new tires that I hope will make the whole trip, front brake pads. Installed my new-to-me Escort 8500 radar detector with a Marc Parnes Visual Alert. Bike now is amazingly clean. Last week the kids (anybody under 30) in the service department gave my bike a full wash/detailing. It was their birthday present. It never looked so good. It won't last. Departure is end of next week, Saturday 6/28. I don't like to leave things to do for the last weekend. I'm sure I would break something. Link to comment

Fightingpiper
Taking a practice run this weekend with the wife up to Da U.P. for the RA rally. Its going to be her first trip on the bike so its going to be a slow and scenic trip. Going to have to see how the tires look after this trip to see if I need a new set before I take off on July 2nd. I have a camp site reserved at a KOA at Glacier for the 3rd and 4th of July if anyone will be in the area those evenings... Link to comment
