That sounds similar to Bosco, the duly elected mayor of Sunol, CA, a few years back. Now there is a restaurant, Bosco's Bones, that bears his name.

You know, from my experience, dogs make better mayors than people do........Maybe better politicians, in general, but they usually are smart enough not to go higher on the food chain than mayor.
