Rob_Mayes
How about an inductive rail systems embedded in highways that provide electric cars a way to maintain electrical power while traveling long distances? They could run on battery power when they leave the grid. Kind of like my electic tooth brush charging without touching wires. No gas needed, just more power generation from coal, wind, solar, atomic, and natural gas. Older vehicles can still use the highway and passing is allowed (on battery power). What do you think? azkaisr
They have talked of this in the past. Infrastucture cost and timing are one issue Had the Chinese really thought this through, they would have done this Tom Link to comment
