'bout to get married in Taipei & need to choke the chicken

So, I am in Taipei.

 

China Girl and I are 2 hours away from having our traditional Chinese wedding (follow-up to our American wedding in February). Everything is going great until...

 

...we received a phone call informing us that tonight I am expected to catch a mountain chicken (whatever that is) and slaughter it myself WITH MY BARE HANDS for the evening feast at her family's place...in the Mountain region.

 

I'm getting married and literally need to choke the chicken tonight!

In Montserrat "mountain chicken" is a very large frog. A very tasty huge frog. You might run,jump and tackle it. And yes, it tastes just like chicken.
