Twisties Posted April 6, 2008 Share Posted April 6, 2008 I worked at Sloan's Lake in Denver. The story goes that they hit a gusher while drilling a well and it filled up the basin. Here is what Denver has to say about it. At the time I hadn't worked in the industry I'm in now. Now, I'd have to believe that this could be figured out pretty quickly if you had some basic hydrogeographic information on the area.
