R1100RSpurist
hello, this question pertains to the reinstallation of a front ohlins shock on an 1995 R1100RS. When i took it out i forgot which direction it faced, now i dont know. Is there even a "front" or "back" to begin with? Link to comment

The only reason it should matter is if there's a screw on the body of the shock for adjusting the damping. If there is, then you'll want that facing forward where you can get to it. Link to comment
