Unfortunately the clip doesn't give credits. The last jump looked like one in Utah by a self-employed, uninsured father of a young child who survived only due to the exceptionally deep power that season and because he had photographers and film crew ready to dig him out after he cratered head first into the snow. Without the help he probably would not have been found until spring.
