I need some help finding a name for the kids band !!!

We did think of "WTF", (Water The Fishes) for a while smirk.gif

 

I'll post some more video's here as I get them where going to record once a week.

Their style is hard to pin down.

This one song is a small sample of what their doing.

That's pretty much straight up progressive rock in that clip.

As we disscussed pinning down the right name that can grow with the band as they grow would be the right path.

 

Names like the ones I used for our punk bands in the 80's kinda didn't allow growth out of the genre.

They have a funk blues one they do and a spanish style piece I hope to get those on tape soon.

Well, the first thing that came to mind was, "The Cherry Bombed Toilettes", but I wasn't sure they'd like that. How about something like one of these, "Acid Dophilus", "Acid Dream", or "Basic Acid".

 

Anyway I like it.

Grassfire or Acid anything is a bit to close to drug culture wording in my opinion. Unless of couse both you guys are shooting for that.... yeah I didn't think so.

Anyway here's a couple of names they kicked out:

 

"Disturbing Melon"

 

"Genius of Insanity"

 

"W A S" ( Westin, Alec, Sean )

 

"Opie and the Tourettes" (copyright infringement & not cool to make fun of the condition)

Besides they couldn't decide who looks more like Opie and who acts more like he has tourettes.

 

"Rat Biscuit"

 

"Disruptive Behavior"

 

As you can see we have been working at it.
