Dances_With_Wiener_Dogs
The catering has firmed up at the fairgrounds. One dinner will cost $12.50 per person: Barbecued Chicken Barbecued Pulled Pork Vegetarian Lasagne (need to have a head count for the lasagne) Baked Beans Macaroni and Potato Salads Coleslaw Corn Cornbread Strawberry Shortcake or Brown Sugar Chewies Coffee and Iced Tea One breakfast will cost $8.00 per person: Sourdough or Buttermilk Pancakes Maple or Elderberry Syrup Eggs to order Ham Fresh Fruit Coffee/Tea Although there is headroom in the budget for more group meals, even accounting for tee shirts, stickers, incidentals and so forth, I think that just having one meal will allow people to break off into their own groups and enjoy the culinary treats that John Day is sure to offer. Firefight911
Steve, Awesome stuff!!! I agree with the one meal theory. That being said, is this applying to the dinner only or will breakfast be available every morning for this rate? Link to comment
Les is more
This sounds great! The only other thing I would consider is having pastries, coffee and juice around on other mornings IF it's easy logistically. Link to comment

This isn't an already existing buffet this is scheduled for us only. Link to comment
