Miriam
Just got this in the mail from our last trip from a friend. Would have been nicer if not cut off, but I like ride pics, they're a bit more rare. Please add yours, I'd love to see more! (I'm a bit amazed to see how far my toes are from the gear shifter.) philnz
(I'm a bit amazed to see how far my toes are from the gear shifter.) Why don't you ride with the foot peg under the ball of your foot? Phil Link to comment
TEWKS
Not a great picture, but the background is nice. This was on rt 149 in Colorado just north of Creede. Pat Link to comment
Joel
It isn't as cut-off as your avatar. Not much action (or any pavement) here: or here: Link to comment
DouglasR
Miriam! Looking good on that GS! I don't have any ride pictures of myself, but here are a few of my friend MarcoPolo taken on our way to Spring Torrey 2007: Mark rode from Ottawa, Ontario and met me in Jackson, Wyoming, then on to Torrey together. That was a great trip! I wish I had one of me riding the GS - these will have to do. This is why I love the GS so much; we went from high speed sweepers on asphalt to rough desert roads to high mountain gravel and mud in one days' ride. Doug Link to comment

Lynn
Here are a couple I took while I was coming back down Pike's Peak last year. This one was taken on the Blue Ridge Parkway a couple of years ago. Mark had me ride this little section of road until he finally got the 'lone rider' image he wanted. Link to comment

Chunky
Here's my contribution. I was at a sport-touring rally at Fortuna, CA in May this year. I went for this ride with two friends through the Avenue of Giants. Those redwoods are awesome. We took turns photographing each other riding down this road. I have very few shots of me actually on my bike riding so I dug this one out to post. Link to comment
motorman587
Why don't you ride with the foot peg under the ball of your foot? Where's that then? You have your toes, (moving back towards your heel), the ball of your foot, arc, and the heel. I am no doctor. Basiclly move your foot back towards the heel, but not all the way to the heel. If that makes sense. Link to comment
