Verholen risers - yes or no

I lost my '05 R1200ST in a crash early in August. I recently purchased an '07. I love this bike, it is really perfect for me. I had the risers on the first bike, made the ergos just right. I've read that perhaps I can just raise the clip ons without purchasing the risers, just an new brake line. Would you mind sharing your opinions on this?

I know a couple people who have done it with no issues. None who had issues.

Thanks for the info. I think it's a lot to pay for a couple of brackets. It seems that the clip ons get attached the same way over the triple tree as they do under.
