Source and parts list for PIAA 1100x driving lights

I need a parts list with parts numbers and a source to buy separate parts for PIAA 1100x driving lamps (specifically lenses, chrome rings, bulbs and bulb holders). Anyone have the parts list or know of one online or know of any sources to purchase separate parts?

Try A&S Cycle (BMW Dealer) in Roseville CA. I got replacement bulbs from them when no one else had them.
