Valve cover bolt grommits out of place

I was doing my first valve adjustment and when I took off the valve covers, I noticed that two of the rubber grommits that sit on the bolts have moved out of place.

 

Is this anything important and if so, how do I fix it? One of the grommits is a bit chewed up as well so it may need more than a cunning plan to put them back in the right place.

If they won't push back, new ones are probably needed.

I agree and they will need replacement. These things can be a source of leakage. I replaced one under warranty and it looks like it is leaking again....
