bobbybob
I see.....60% chance of it NOT raining. ++++ to that Paul---plus its a 40% chance of an ISOLATED (or maybe scattered) shower, so what's the chance that it might actually rain on YOUR parade? Probably pretty tiny...and if it does, so what? Link to comment
daveinatlanta
I see.....60% chance of it NOT raining. Or, if you're a pessimist, a 100% chance of rain on 40% of the area. Link to comment

This is pretty much how it works when you are riding through an area... I get rained on every time they say only 20% chance... Of course it may be only for an hour or something but still.. I had a TON of rain and a bit of lightning going over the rockies down into estes park... and then I hit this crap... road construction at 11k feet with gravel and mud! So yeah, pessimist.
