He is a "C7" quadriplegic.

 

An individual with a C7 injury will likely be paralyzed and lose function from the chest down but still retain use of the arms and much of their hands.

But, he is not what is thought of when you think quadriplegic.

 

Any paralysis he has experienced in his upper limbs is minimal.

 

BTW: wasn't trying to knock his accomplishments, just was expecting something different. I would have been REALLY impressed if he were riding a MC using his mouth.
