Red or Blue Goo?

Getting close to reasembling the driveline. When I install the pivot bolts and lock nuts, should I be using the medium (blue) theadlock or the strong (red) stuff. I'm not doing Loctite 2701 again. I want to get these apart if I need to.

While I will no doubt be shouted down with tales of potential death and destruction, I would consider a properly-torqued fastener and blue Loctite to be quite adequate.

I vote for JB Weld. grin.gifblush.gif

Just kidding... I almost always use blue. I found some at the auto parts store that goes on like lipstick... that was kind of handy for some applications.

I put some of that JB Weld stuff on the drain plugs, cuz I hate changin the oil. My ol' lady said she'd kill me if she finds another milk carton fulla used oil burried in the garden!
