John Ranalletta
On a whim, I picked up an older DRZ that's pretty well farkled and in good shape for the miles. The husband of one of our consultants managed the service department of a bike shop and is now a factory rep for Suzuki, so parts shouldn't be a problem if needed. Likely, if time permits, it'll be outfitted with some supermoto bits. Here's a pic w/ my son and grandson the day I fetched it in NJ. Tasker introduced me to a local cabal of supermoto junkies who rent a kart track in Newcastle, home of most of the kart races on SpeedTV. They pay a few bucks for the session. There's no dirt, but it looks like huge fun. Don't know about you, but hearing/seeing singles strafe the Cherahola or route 68 always thrilled. It's starting to make sense why as riders get more experience, it takes less displacement to scratch the itch. Link to comment
Tasker
There's no dirt Indeed, there is dirt, though not always used as part of the course. I believe that the dirt section is about to receive a make-over. Link to comment
