I would like to hang my wetbag and be able to strap our jackets on top of the topcase. I tried my Helen Twowheels straps and Rok straps but I think the real answer is a rack that mounts on top of the 49l topcase. Anyone have any experience with something like this? JayW Posted July 8, 2007 Share Posted July 8, 2007 I recently saw a chrome rack mounted on a 49L top case for just this purpose. It was parked at a restaurant and I asked the owner about it. He said he got it at a Harley dealer and it bolted right on, though he did have to drill some holes. Some may not like the idea of mounting a chrome rack on an RT, but it could be painted if desired. 10ovr Posted July 9, 2007 Share Posted July 9, 2007 I have a Jesse Luggage small rack mounted on mine,$45 bucks for the rack,,Made 2inch spacers,bolted to top of case,,Works great,Its black,No chrome here Link to comment
