Adding Heated Grips to the early K12RS

I am thinking of adding heated grips to a 98 K12RS. In the bike's history, the Start switch set up was replaced and the Grips switch/controller was installed- but no heated grips.

 

Any thoughts on adding heated grips to go with the switch that is there? Any after market solutions?

 

And for that matter what about heated seat? Any way to add that feature too?

Beemer Boneyard www.beemerboneyard.com often has used heated grips available, often with stock wiring.

 

On the bikes I have w/out heated grips, I use Dual Star grip heaters. They are cheap ($30) and they work like a charm. http://www.dual-star.com/index2/Rider/heated_grip_kit1.htm
